If you have credits then just login with your account and your nephew can use it.. Otherwise create a new account for your nephew and then add some funds simple..

Exactly , you can do the same and your nephew will get happy by getting that gift from yourself.

If you wish to buy him some iTunes content, get him a iTunes gift card. If you purchase anything under your account and it shows up under his account you could be accused of sharing files because all iTunes content has your iTunes account embedded into it.

If he does not have an account, create one using a gift card that way he can keep his content under his own account.

Still hope Apple gets with it on family accounts.

We didn't said to buy something via his account, we said use your credit card to buy few things for his nephew

Oh, some things you can gift, you just need his iTunes ID. Hit and miss though. I thought everyone loved iTunes Gift Cards

Yes, I do agree that using gift card is another way to transfer few credits or rather I would say give not transfer
