Select your link then press right mouse click button and then "view selection source". There you will get like "<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="URL">Title</a>" if link is nofollow and if link is dofollow then you will not get rel="nofollow" within the Anchor Tag.

In chrome, right click on the link and press inspect. You can see the ref=nodollow tag right there.

the best way to check is install browser plugin that can detect no follow link. Some developer set the no follow link attribute to system file, it hiding the link attribute.

you can check if a site is a do follow or no follow by adding mozilla add ons but you can also check it manually. Just right click where the link is then click view page source...you can see there do follow or no follow...

if the site allow your link than it is do follow where it shows your site but if it is no follow then it won't show your link and it is worth less to submit your site in no follow link
