Why? You don't like flash? Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test have one.
It loads faster than any sites with Flash.

Buddy, speedtest uses flash

and user is asking site which doesn't use flash

Bandwidth Meter | Speed Test here is the url. Know your bandwidth/internet speed and it wont require you to install flash.
