    I feel android will overtake iOS in few years and will be most used OS in smart phones.

    Yes, I too feel the same as Android OS is now available in low budget handset also. Moreover, it's a Google product, and we know Google will pump in more resources to it to make it a great success and widely used.

    Always opt for anything Google as they have budget to come out with anything better over time, so upgradability.

    I got to say something on upgradability.. I've android smartphone and I couldn't find anything to upgrade my OS
    So, does iOS phones provide it ?

    I think recently users were able to upgrade the operating system to iOS 5.

    I will go with android os in this matter. The latest android 2.2.2 version is really great.

    Android 4 is released long back !!! Keep yourself updated..
