Is spamming useful?

Spammers are usually quite irritating, but they are irritating for those who know the secrets of internet. That is they know why people use spammers. But, for those who have no information about spammers, they are sometimes attracted and do follow the links, so is it a good way to increase traffic?

One big reason i can give why people try to create spam, they are just a waist though known as spam, why do spam? simple they need to popularize their link, product, etc.

Yeah, but I have seen people who just spam on movie trailers on youtube, and say watch the movie in HD here and so on... Some idiots might follow their links.

Spamming is quite annoying if you are the receiving end. Imagine your email address receiving non-sense messages on adult products or your forum and blog one day pasted with messages which are so hard to understand you need a good translation program...you know what I mean! Spamming by volume basically involved throwing mud at a wall continually and hoping that some will eventually stick. Good thing that major players on the net are exerting all they can to contain spams.

well form my point of view it isn't, if i recive a spam message and i am interested in the product, site or whatever i'll search it on google just to make sure that the spammer is not getting anything out from this .

so to respond to your question, no spamming is no good.

Spammers spam because it works. It gets them short-term backlinks which Google indexes.

I hate spammers.

Spamming is not useful. Once you do a blast, most of them will get deleted after a couple of minutes, or if you are lucky, maybe after a couple of hours.
