So long as you got the back link is all that matters, no matter who added it. Do you know what information was added on the page that you were credited with writing? As in, when they quoted your page, what part? For future wiki submissions, you might tailor the information based on how that particular entry was written.

That's interesting. Just trying to think what he might have done differently so you could role model it for a future submission. Though maybe the fact that you are the site/blog owner caused Wiki to view it as a spam submission. Especially considering he submitted the same information.
