I look for the best of everything! lol. On a more serious note, it is a balance of a set of factors like the Company, the structure that I work in, my accountability-authority trade off and the location. But salary still remains the key consideration.

Also, i ask myself, does this job match my expertise or will i need to take months to learn something new? If i can do the job with a little bit of additional training, i will accept it, so long as it's a sure thing and i can be assured of getting paid. Having a trusted source to work with is also important. You need to work with a site/individual that has a good history of paying workers.

Salary is important, but you also have to consider many other facts when applying for a job. Is it worth that salary? Will you be able to work and have time for your family/leisure time, at the same time? Are you suitable for it? If you get 3 yes's, then go ahead and apply.

Salary is very important when searching for a job, but you gotta consider other aspects too. It must be something you like, or you'll end up hating every morning when you wake up and go to work.

Salary is the crucial factor without any doubt but you can't ignore the past records of your buyer and of course you're compatible with that skill or not.

It depends but in general this is the most important factor of them all. At least for me this is the most important.

Where will you work: a high salary with not-so-good work place or a low salary with a good work place?

I guess this is a tricky question...that is, if by good work place you reffer to a job that you love.
