Why doesn't Paypal have any desktop software?
I'd like to be able to send payments and perhaps organize my expenses using some sort of desktop software but I can't find any. Why doesn't paypal already have this?

May be PayPal want more and more of safety than any other such payment platform that may have desktop software.

I have just nearly completed the implementation of a software package that might go some way to meeting at least one of your requirements. It does not offer any security threats, Renu. Simply a program for downloading and processing download from PayPal history. I'm looking for ideas feed back etc. If you care to email me ntelfer000@aol.com I'd be very pleased to tell you all about it
