Depends on the ad type (text, video, image) but they generally do not bother me while watching a video. What does bother me is those in video ads.

I usually do not pay any attention to the ads next to videos as it is usually the video itself which interests me, but not any other product shown in the ad.

I just ignore all form of ads so they really don't bother me. Especially with videos it normally doesn't since It generally means that I am getting that contest for free anyway.

Basically video ads used for increase brand awareness, brand favor ability, and purchasing intent.Video Ads provides the unique opportunity to run ads alongside video content.
