I have been impressed with what I have seen from Flippa.

Just remember that your success depends on presentation and substance. If you make ads with a lot of hype, basing your valuation of forecasts with no base, and to top it off a pitch full of spelling and grammar mistakes, you will fail.

I have not seen that many websites in Ebay that are worth more than the registration fee and the 2 hours of work that installing a template and low quality content.

This pretty much wraps up my view, Flippa is definitely quality. Ebay as you said is horrible for buying websites. I feel anyone using Ebay to sell a website is just doesn't even have enough experience as a webmaster to find something like Flippa.

Etrade is supposed to allow you to trade on 4 or 5 stock marktes around the world - a huge advantage for a really smart investor or one that wants to focus on international stocks, but useless to most smaller investors (or most that want to focus on mutual funds - like you, maybe).

I think Flippa only as far as reliability is concerned, however you can try BuySellWebsites too.

Never heard of ebay offering that kind of service either. But I would be interested in some other ideas.
