"facebook.com/inetgeneration" thats my page and i am getting 40 fans per day.

I agreed with mtrick. Make your fan page attractive. Put it in your blogs and websites. Or make a simple splash page every time your blog/website is opening, where you put in the buttons. It can be a little bit annoying for users that is why make sure that you have some kind of identifier that the user's ip is already visited.

I am agree with you mtrick make your page attractive, put meaningful content and do conversation with people join groups and reply back if people ask something to you automatically it increase facebook fans.

One thing you could do is if you're on any forums that use a virtual currency then you can offer x amount of the forum currency for fans/likes, etc. It's not the best method but it's technically costs you nothing.
