Thread: Digg is going down?

Don't you think Digg is going down? I rarely see people share things from Digg.

yes, it is. The main reason I could think of is that there many spammers who are flooding digg !
And google might have given is a slap for many spam links.

That is the way it work on the internet better things come along and if they cannot adapt they die.

I think the viralness of digg has certain gone way down and it seems like half the people use it that once did. This is the nature of a website though, they get large for a while, huge even, and then there is nowhere to go but down.

Yes, Digg is really going down. These days I don't see much benefit for my site from it.

stopped using digg years ago. i really can not stand social networks anymore. i think it's all corporate media hype because they have vested interests in the social networks.

now everywhere you go just to comment on something or "like it" your asked to log in via facebook, twitter, etc they want your entire life everything about you just for you to say something- where did the ease and our privacy go?

In the year 2010 digg loses a third of its visitors in a month , things can be easily explained , the internet is having a lot of spammers !

Digg is one of the best social site. I do not think it will be going down.

Digg is one of my favorite social bookmarking site, because it is easy to use and manage your bookmarks. Sad to hear that digg is going down.
